Salmon and cream cheese roll
Instructions
In a bowl mix cottage cheese, sieved with the Parmesan cheese and the cream, using a wooden spoon, in order to obtain a creamy mixture.
If it is still too large to be spread with ease, unitevi other cream.
Prepare Egg Noodles as directed in the recipe and roll out the dough on a cloth in a thin rectangular pastry.
You seek training for yourself over a regular layer with the ricotta mixture and cover it with slices of smoked salmon.
Using the towel carefully rolled dough on herself, from longest side, enclosing the filling inside.
