Amaretto roll
Instructions
Work in the butter cream.
Finely chop in the mixer and amaretti biscuits and butter mix.
Melt chocolate in double boiler with 1 glass of rum, let it cool and add to the mixture of butter and biscuits.
Work the ingredients so that they are well mixed.
Give the mixture is shaped like a cylinder, wrap it in aluminium foil and keep it in the fridge for a few hours.
Serve cut into slices.

- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of amaretti biscuits
- 100 g of biscuits
- 100 G = = Chocolate
- 1 dram of rum
