Zucchini rolls
Instructions
Pick up first, then toothpicks cut the zucchini into thin slices lengthwise.
The remaining parts cut into strips.
Fry the slices and fry the strips in the remaining oil.
When they are a golden yellow color remove from the Pan and let them cool.
Mix the yoghurt with crushed garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
Add the chopped walnuts and Zucchini strips.
Formed of the rings with the slices by closing with a toothpick.
Place on two plates and stuff them with the yoghurt.
Serve with a garnish of black olives.

- 1 courgette
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
