Silky sounds in the microwave
Instructions
In a saucepan melt 30 g butter, flour and softened tostatevi with the hot broth poured.
Cook in microwave for 3/4 power for 10 minutes.
Boil al dente Broccoli Florets divided, then let them jump with 2 teaspoons of olive oil and garlic.
Remove from the oven.
Passed in the microwave the fillets, arranged in a buttered baking dish, salty, sprayed with wine and covered with plastic wrap.
Cook a 3/4 power for 2 minutes.
Arrange on serving plates.
Salsateli with the egg and cream mixed with broccoli, tomatoes and parsley.

- 4 turbot fillets
- 200 g of broccoli
- 100 g of dice tomato
- 40 g of butter
- 1 egg yolk
- 30 g of white flour
- 50 cl of fish broth
- Olive oil
- 1/2 cup of dry white wine
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
