Rumble in marsala sauce
Instructions
Clean the fish, wash them, dry them, cut them into pieces and flour.
Sauté in a pan with oil, then soak them with the marsala, and then add the cream.
Allow it to cook for a few minutes and serve hot.

- 25 cl of cooking cream
- 1 dram of marsala wine
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 50 g of white flour
