Instructions

Heat the oven at 95 minutes.

Clean the fish, rinse it well and dry it.

Put the ROAR in a baking sheet without grease.

Place in the oven and cook for 1 hour.

Cut a slot along the back of the fish and remove the skin.

Divide the fillets on individual plates, kept warm.

Serve with melted butter, grated horseradish and lemon wedges.
