Kidney of veal in piaces
Instructions
Cut the two rognoncini, fat liberateli and throw them in a pan with hot oil for a minute or two.
Remove from heat, drain and throw in another pan with a knob of butter by Cook for no longer than five minutes.
Sprinkle the pretzels, spremetelvi lemon juice and chopped parsley and serve surrounded with fried croutons in butter.
