Kidney with wine
Instructions
Wash the kidneys in water, vinegar and then put them in a pan with butter to make them Brown.
When they are cooked, cut them to pieces.
In a pan place the shallot and chopped parsley, one tablespoon of butter and red wine.
Simmer until sauce is thick and then pour it on the kidneys.

- 2 veal kidneys
- 40 g of butter
- 1 shallot
- 1 glass red wine
- Parsley
- Wine vinegar
