Instructions

In a baking dish, top edge, pour 4 tablespoons oil, add sliced onion, coarsely chopped lamb, potatoes, peeled and cut into slices about half a centimetre high; Sprinkle all with salt, pepper and oregano and sent in the oven at moderate heat.

Turn occasionally until lamb and potatoes have become soft and flavorful.
