Ricotta cheese rissoles
Instructions
Prepare with the puff pastry disks of 10 cm of diameter.
Put at the center of each disc a spoonful of stuffing made from ricotta, chopped cooked ham, parmesan and chopped green olives.
Bend the discs in half and fry them in hot oil.

- 400 g of puff pastry
- 200 g of ricotta
- 100 g of ham
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Green olives
- Salt
- Olive oil
