Spicy risotto
Instructions
Fry the chopped onion and garlic with a little butter in a frying pan.
Then add the rice and toast, spray of white wine, add the tomato puree and gradually ladlefuls of warm.
When cooked, add the saffron and pepper, diluted in 1 ladleful of broth and stir in butter and Parmesan.
