Pine nut biscuits
Instructions
Put the almonds in boiling water, peel them and let them dry in the oven.
Put them in a blender until obtaining a flour mixed with sugar and impasterete with the egg whites, by joining the vanillin.
Divide the dough to be soft and fine, preparing many oval-shaped biscuits.
Roll over each of them a layer of pine nuts, pressing with your fingers so that you incorporate the pasta.
Grease a baking pan, sprinkle on cookies, Crescent sprinkle Baker with icing sugar and bake in moderate heat, for an hour.

- 350 g of pine nuts
- 250 g of almond
- 400 g of sugar
- 100 g of icing sugar
- 4 egg whites
- 1 sachet of vanillin
