Risotto with sausage
Instructions
Fry the finely sliced onion in oil, then add the rice and FRY well.
Add the tomatoes, nuts and sausage cut into slices and Cook, stirring constantly and adding water from time to time.
When it is cooked, add a piece of butter (the size depends on how much you love him) and a spoonful of grated Parmesan; turn well and served piping hot.
If you have tasty meat broth, use it instead of the nut and the water, add little by little (hopefully, you will have to adjust with salt).
