Instructions
Sauté the finely chopped onion in the pot is warm, add the rice, stir with a wooden spoon, pour the boiling stock, cover the pot with the lid and simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat.
Meanwhile, dissolve the sachets of Saffron in a little water, which will join the rice, stir and simmer another 5 minutes.
Risotto before serving, add a knob of butter, grated Parmesan and let it sit for a few minutes.
