Instructions

Fry the chopped onion in 50 g of butter, add the rice and cook adding the broth a little at a time.

After 15 minutes of cooking add the Saffron diluted in a little broth, diced ham and Parmesan flakes.

After a few minutes, turn off the heat, stir in the remaining butter, adjust salt and serve.
