Risotto with marsala
Instructions
Saute a chopped onion and carrot halves in half the butter, adding a tbsp of broth.
Add the rice, toast and make cooking together gradually the hot broth.
Saute half chopped onion with butter, then add the diced 1 language satin tablespoon flour, salt and pepper and stir in the marsala and stemperarvi when the sauce is thick add a little milk, then condirci the risotto.

- 350 g of rice
- 80 g of butter
- 70 g of brine language
- 1 onion
- 2 hold carrots
- 1 dram of dry marsala wine
- A little flour
- Broth
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
