Instructions

Dice the zucchini, sweet pepper, carrot and celery and fry them in oil and butter with chopped onion, garlic and parsley.

Add the rice, the tomato paste and cook for about 20 minutes by diluting the stock.

Stir in butter and parmesan and serve.
