Rice salad with shrimp
Instructions
Boil the rice in salted water for about 18 minutes, drain and wash it under cold water to stop the cooking.
Prepare a sauce emulsifying three tablespoons of olive oil, the lemon juice filtered to colander, salt and pepper.
Collect the rice in a bowl, add the boiled shrimp, chopped parsley and chopped Basil.
Serve with the sauce that you have prepared.
Stir carefully.
Put the rice in a round mould buttered Dome, press OK to eliminate air voids, upside down while holding on the serving dish, keep in a cool place until ready to serve.
