Oven rice with parsley
Instructions
Boil the rice in salted water for 7-8 minutes.
Drain them so that it is perfectly dry.
Put the salmon in a baking dish, season with spilled oil, stir, cover the pan with aluminum foil and place in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a pan heat two tablespoons of olive oil and parsley saucepan and chopped shallots, stir, adjust salt and pepper and conditevi the rice when cooked.
