Bigoli in salsa
Instructions
Finely slice the onion and let it Brown with a little oil, water and salt.
When it is cooked, add the anchovies washed, chopped, de-boned, let them cook for a few minutes and spappolarle wooden spoon with a fork.
Turn off the heat and add the remaining oil.
Drizzle with the sauce obtained bigoli.
