Instructions

Bring to a boil salted water and pour with rain the rice.

Cook for 15 minutes then leave it to drain and spread it on a clean, dry cloth to dry it.

Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and pour in the rice.

Let it Brown, often mixing it with a wooden spoon, for about 15 minutes.

Serve piping hot.
