Colourful cold rice with olives
Instructions
Cook the rice in boiling water for 20 minutes.
Boil frankfurters 10 minutes and cut into rings.
Make mayonnaise with an egg.
Put on the stove in water the tomatoes cut into chunks and peas.
Cook about 15 minutes, boil.
In a casserole put the preserved, tomatoes, peas.
Season the rice with olive oil, salt, vinegar, mustard and pepper.
Put the rice in three different dishes.
Season the dish with sausage.
The second season with mayonnaise and green olives.
The third season with tomatoes and peas.
Make cool and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of rice
- 400 cl of water
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of canned peas
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 20 g of butter
- 50 g of mayonnaise with an egg
- 2 frankfurters
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 jar of green olives from spain
- Mustard
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
