Cold rice with tuna (2)
Instructions
Cook for a few minutes the diced tuna in a pan with a little oil.
Leave it to drain from the seasoning, salt and pepper.
Heat 6 tablespoons oil, add the garlic and tomatoes apart and blow them up over high heat for 1 minute.
Add salt, combine tuna, pine nuts and raisins.
Let marinate for 1 hour.
Cook the rice in salted boiling water, leave it to drain, pass it under cold water and season with tuna sauce and parsley.

- 200 g of parboiled rice
- 500 g of fresh tuna steaks
- 4 salad tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of pine nuts
- 2 tablespoons of sultanas
- 1 clove of garlic
- Chopped parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
