Rice and cabbage
Instructions
Peel the cabbage of the toughest outer leaves, wash and cut it into thin strips.
Chop the onion with the lard and fry it in a pan with oil.
When the sauce is well browned add the cabbage and, after 5 minutes, the chopped celery, pork rind, Parmesan flakes and grated parmigiano crusts and wash.
Add salt, cover everything with water and cook at a low boil.
When the cabbage is cooked add the rice.
Ultimate Cook stirring occasionally and taking pretty al dente rice.

- 400 g of rice
- 1 cabbage
- 50 g of bacon
- 1/2 cup of olive oil extra virgin
- 2 pork pork rinds
- 1 onion
- 1 stalk of celery
- Crusts and slivers of parmesan cheese
- Salt
