Rice and soybeans
Instructions
Boil the rice in salted water.
Wash the bean sprouts and put them in a pan with seasoning with a little salt, soy sauce, olive oil and tomato paste.
Cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
Pour the sauce on the rice, add the grated grana, turn and bring to the table.

- 300 g of rice
- 200 g of bean sprouts
- 4 teaspoons of soy sauce
- 40 g of tomato paste
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
