Instructions

Saute for 5 minutes in hot oil the shrimp.

Combine chopped spinach, sliced onions, carrots, soy sauce, 4 tablespoons of water, sugar, a pinch of salt and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the boiled rice, stir to mix well all the ingredients and serve.
