Instructions

To braise in 3 tablespoons oil, onions, carrots and celery, then add the nose already soaked beans overnight and plenty of water, cover and cook over low heat for about 3 hours.

Remove the nose cone, sifting through vegetables and 1/3 of the beans, put on the fire, add the rice and cook.

Serve warm.
