Instructions

Open the mussels and pass the cooking water.

Golden brown garlic in oil, add the rice, mussels and water 1 cup of boiling water.

Add salt, pepper and mix well.

Add half of the mussels and pour into a mold.

Then turn the whole thing into a dish and garnish with chopped parsley and the remaining mussels.
