Rice and bisi
Instructions
Saute over medium heat in butter and half the onion, parsley and chopped bacon.
Just the onion begins to Brown, then add the peas and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 5 ladles of broth, bring to a boil, add the rice and stir.
Cook lively flame for 15 minutes, stirring and adding stock.
Remove from heat until al dente.
Season with salt, then add butter, parmesan and pepper.
