Wash and coarsely chop the Swiss chard and slice the leeks.
In a saucepan melt the butter and add the vegetables.
make them wither in indoor pot.
Pour the broth and bring to a boil.
Add the rice and cook for about 20 minutes.
Serve immediately hot.
