Cold sweet rice
Instructions
Boil the rice in plenty of lightly salted water.
When it is cooked al dente, pass it under cold water and leave it to drain.
Fit well the cream and incorporate the sugar and the vanilla.
Mix in a bowl the cream with cold rice, mixing well.
Let stand in refrigerator.
Serve in bowls, accompanying with sweetened berries.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 g of rice
- 20 cl of whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla sugar
