Place the pot with 2 cups cold water, on a medium heat; Add 1 cup of rice (it is useless to wash) and 1 teaspoon salt.
Cover and bring to a boil; Cook briefly and turn off the heat.
Let inflate the rice for 20-25 minutes.
If you want a dry or wet rice, put a quantity of water more or less great.
