Rice with Peas in Arabic
Instructions
Take a pot and plenty of melted butter; make Brown rice, then add water and salt, stir, lower the heat, cover the pot and allow to cook without further manipulations to a quarter of an hour.
For the topping, mix a strong dose of ground beef with assorted spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, pepper).
Put butter in a skillet and Brown the meat, spezzettandola with the wooden spoon.
Add peas (amount to taste: should serve as main course) and cook turning often.
When it is cooked, combine rice and eat.
