Instructions

Check and scrape the carrots, cut lengthwise into thin slices.

Let them simmer with the oil in a crock pot for 15 minutes.

Salted and soaked with hot water.

Shelled walnuts, tostatele in the oven and coarsely pestatele; carrot mix.

Boil the rice in salted water, drain and add to nuts and carrots.
