Rice with shrimps
Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan, combine the shrimp, season, sprinkle with wine, salt, pepper and leave on the fire for about 10 minutes.
Cook the rice in salted water and leave it to drain al dente.
Season the rice with shrimp sauce, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

- 400 g of rice
- 300 g of frozen shelled shrimp
- 1 glass white wine
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Butter
