Rice with grass and fontina
Instructions
Peel the garlic and lightly crushing.
Peel potatoes, peeled carrots and dull and cut them into cubes.
Peel the onion, wash and finely affettatela.
Clean the herbs, wash in plenty of cold water; drain, Pat dry and cut into strips.
Put all the vegetables in a pan, add the garlic, pour in a quart of water and bring slowly to a boil; Add salt and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
Add the rice and let it cook for 20 minutes.
When cooked, remove the Pan from the heat, add the oil, the fontina cheese cut into strips and grated Parmesan.
Stir with a wooden spoon and serve at the table.
