Turkish rice
Instructions
Add the sausage, sliced, in olive oil.
In a saucepan saute the onion in the butter, the lettuce (already boiled and coarsely chopped), Roasted Peppers, skinned and cut into strips, salt and pepper and seasoning.
Then add the tomatoes, peeled and chopped, and a pinch of Saffron; Bake for 15 minutes, then add the sausage and when serving, pour hot on rice pilaf.

- 600 g of rice pilaf
- 100 g of sausage
- 80 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 2 hearts of lettuce salad
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 red pepper
- Onion
- 1 pinch of saffron
- Salt
- Pepper
