Spanish rice
Instructions
Cut into strips and pepper squid.
Saute garlic and onion in 1/2 shredded glass of oil.
Just add the Golden squid and after 5 minutes the pepper.
After 5 minutes add the tomatoes, Cook slowly for 15 minutes, add salt and add the rice.
Stir frequently and add gradually 1/2 liter of boiling water where you will have dissolved saffron.

- 1 squid from 300 g
- 1 red pepper
- 200 g of tomatoes
- 300 g of rice
- 1 sachet of saffron
- 1 onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil
- Salt
