Paprika rice
Instructions
Heat 4 tablespoons oil in a pan and Brown the meat, add the tomato sauce, add salt and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
Boil the rice, leave it to drain al dente and pour into a soup tureen.
Season with a knob of butter, tomato sauce, paprika, abundant grain and mix well.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
