Greek rice
Instructions
Cook the rice in salted water and rinse, slicing the onion and let it wilt in oil.
Wash, dry and cut into strips and peppers to the onion, add salt, cover and cook for 20 minutes.
Join the peperonata boiled rice al dente and drained, mix well and serve.
