Catalan rice
Instructions
Put the beans soaked in water overnight and cook after salty, for just over an hour.

Add the tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil two cloves of garlic in the meat broth.
Add saffron, paprika, salt and bay leaf, then remove the garlic and put in rain rice broth.
When the tomato sauce is cooked, drained beans join.
Put in a pan the rice al dente and stir well.
Add salt, pepper and serve.

- 150 g of dried cannellini beans

- 1 pinch of paprika powder

- 3 cloves of garlic
