Instructions
Chop the onion and garlic and put to fry in a little oil.
Meanwhile Chop fine enough spinach together with Sage and Rosemary; Add the onion and garlic.
Infilateci in a nut and cook for half an hour, basting with a little water so that you don't ever dry: must remain a rather wet mash.
In another pot, prepared the salted water and let boil rice.
When it is well cooked, drain and rinse, or cool, season with the Green concoction and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 300 g of boiled spinach (or boiled beets)
- 1/2 onion
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 handful of sage leaves
- 1 nut
- Rice
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Water
