Rice wine from the Val d'Aosta
Instructions
Saute in butter, onion and chopped celery.
Add the rice and let them absorb the seasoning, stirring carefully.
Sprinkle with broth and then with the white wine.
Add salt and bring to a broiling.
When the rice is cooked, riitirate from heat, stir in the cream and serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of rice
- 1 onion
- 1 stalk of celery
- 25 cl of meat broth
- 40 g of butter
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- 3 glasses white wine from val d'aosta
