Pesto rice (2)
Instructions
To boil the rice in salted water.
Place the pesto in a bowl in a Bain-Marie.
Drain the rice, season with 2 large handfuls of grated pecorino cheese and butter and mix well.
Then pour in the pesto and mix again, adding 2-3 tablespoons of pasta water.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of rice
- 4 tablespoons of pesto
- 2 handfuls of grated pecorino cheese
- 40 g of butter
- Salt
