Instructions
Boil the rice.
Meanwhile, pour in a bowl the lemon juice, olive oil, chili and mix well.
Drain the rice and pour the lemon juice mixture.
Add the chopped tuna in brine, then sprinkle with the zest of lemon.

- 150 g of rice
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 pinch of chili
- 100 g of tuna in brine
