Rice pudding (2) (Riso al Latte (2))
Instructions
Bring to a boil, add milk and enjoy the rice.
Halfway through the cooking combine butter and 3 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and bring to boiling.
Possibly add more boiling milk if the soup becomes too dry.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 500 g of rice
- 250 cl of milk
- 100 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
