Rice Pudding (Riso al Latte)
Instructions
Throw the rice into the boiling milk, salt and lead halfway through the cooking.
Combine butter and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese and let finish cooking, holding the al dente rice and adding more boiling milk if the soup is too thick.

- 350 g of rice
- 150 cl of milk
- 70 g of butter
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
