Crab rice
Instructions
Add the rice to the onion and butter sauce.
Dilute the Saffron in the broth and add the rice, cover and cook in oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
Fry the crab meat in butter with garlic and parsley, then add a little wine and a little flour, tomato, the nut, paprika and bake for 14 minutes.
Season the rice with the sauce.

- 350 g of rice
- 1 sachet of saffron
- 200 g of crab meat (or lobster meat)
- 2 onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Butter
- Little of white wine
- Little of flour
- 250 g of tomato paste
- 1/2 nut
- Paprika
- 700 g of broth
- Salt
