Rice with gorgonzola
Instructions
Saute the onion, parsley and Sage butter and chopped in oil add the rice, sprinkle with wine and cooking together gradually the hot broth.
At 5 minutes from the end of cooking add the gorgonzola and stir in a knob of butter.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of rice
- 100 g of diced gorgonzola cheese
- 1 onion
- Parsley
- Sage
- 50 g of butter
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- 100 cl of broth
- Salt
