Baked rice
Instructions
Cook the rice al dente and leave it to drain.
Boil the peas in salted water and drain.
In a bowl mix the rice, peas and robiola cheese, salt, pepper and transfer the mixture into a buttered baking dish.
Beat the egg whites until foamy and sodissima incorporate grana from the bottom up not to remove them.
Distribute the egg on rice.
Bake at 240° c for 3-4 minutes the time to Brown the egg whites.

- 300 g of rice rome
- 150 g of frozen peas
- 400 g of robiola cheese
- 3 egg whites
- 30 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Black pepper
